Shipping, returns and the small print.

Orders are dispatched from Belgium. Shipping is added at checkout and depends on the destination. Rates below are the ones configured in the storefront and must match what your carrier actually charges.

Customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.

Under EU consumer law you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise it, tell us in an unambiguous statement before the 14 days are up.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries are always our problem, not yours. Write to us with a photo and we will put it right.

This website collects as little as it can. It has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies.

Your bag is stored only in your own browser, under the key kotinetta_cart_v1. It never reaches us and is cleared when you empty it or clear your browser data.

Checkout data — your name, address, email and payment details — is collected by our payment provider on their own secure pages. Kotinetta never sees or stores your card details.

The archive form on the homepage prepares a message in your own email client. It sends nothing by itself; you decide whether to send it.
